Its documented role is to accept event evidence, apply delivery and subscription rules, and preserve an auditable record of routing and processing. Receiving applications remain responsible for their own business decisions and actions.
The public site introduces the event platform. The broader cloud service and agent runtime are being developed, with capabilities and access governed by the owning project.
